Shipping

Silveredge Images (silveredgestore.com) orders are generally delivered to the school or picked up at the studio so there is no charge for shipping. If shipping is preferred, a flat rate of $8 will be added to the order.

Ways to pay

We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

All transactions are processed on secure servers through Beamstream. All transactions are processed in Canadian Currency.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation of an order

You can cancel your order at any time. Simply send us an email to: tim@silveredge.ca with 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line. Don't forget to tell us your order number!

Returns

Should you wish to return your photos, simply contact the Silveredge Images Studio at tel:416.367.4686 or Fax 416.367.4685 to arrange the return.

Refunds
